Our story began when two best friends noticed a gap in job opportunities for young people in our community. Too often, students were limited to fast food, bussing, or other entry-level jobs that didn’t teach them real, transferable skills. We wanted to change that.

That’s why we built Mt. Shine — not only to provide top-quality home services like window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and labour work — but also to create a business that helps young people develop a strong work ethic, sales skills, discipline, and the confidence to face real challenges.

As important as is it is to provide our customers with a clean home  — our goal is about building a team of future leaders, entrepreneurs, and hard workers who understand what it takes to succeed.
